SMTP email not listed in SENT folder of AWS

Hi,

I am sending email using SMTP on AWS. Email is being delivered to the recepient, but i cant see the email listed in the SENT folder of my workmail account. 
I tried to set the Email rules, but the rules are not working as expected.
Any ideas?

When you are sending the email, are you sending it from an application like Outlook or your Phone? Or are you sending it directly from the workmail webmail? If you have configured it on a desktop/mobile, have you configured it as POP/SMTP or IMAP/SMTP?
